Seen on a ramp tour of Luke AFB. Some of the F-15's are still in the early blue camouflage scheme. Operated by the 58th TFTW. Also in the picture is F-15A 73-0106 / LA c/n A040/49 and F-15B 76-0131 c/n B033/240. 73-0109 was later transferred to the IDF/AF in Israel with serial 109.

Later to Intak, Matomco Oil Co and Aerolaska. To Northern Pacific Transport in Sep 1986. To Everts Air Fuel in Oct 1992. Registration cancelled 04 Jun 2013 and in 2020 was in the process of being converted into a house.

How is this for an executive aircraft ! Delivered new to KLM as PH-DSR on 10 Dec 1958. To Interpublic Corp as N904ME on 25 Oct 1962. To General American Oil Corp on 12Jan 1968. To Pyramid Oil Co on 05 Mar 1973 and reregistered to N777EA on 29 Jan 1974. Last flight on 21 Feb 1976 to Goodyear and stored. Still there in 2023.

Seen during a ramp tour at Luke AFB. Owned by the WGAF these F-104's were operated by the 69th TFTS - 58th TFTW of the USAF. German F-104 training was done in Arizona where the weather was so much better than in Western Europe. This aircraft was built by Lockheed in 1961. Carried WGAF serials KF+102, DA+321, BG+122 and 20+21. Transferred to the USAF as 63-13243 in 1963. In 1982 the aircraft starred in the movie 'The Right Stuff'. Sold to the USAF on 19 Jul 1983. Later transferred to the Republic of China Air Force as 4368. Crashed in a fatal accident on 24 Mar 1990 in a collision with 4385.

I cannot find much info on this aircraft. Last sighting Dec 1982. No record of it at AMARC.

Retired to AMARC as inventory code FP183 on 28 Dec 1988. To Saylor Creek Range, ID as a range target on 08 Oct 1998. Also in shot is F-4C 63-7550 / LA c/n 584.

56 TFW visiting from MacDill AFB, Florida. Retired to AMARC as FP574 on 10 Oct 1990. Scrapped in 2000.

One of the first USAF fighter aircraft to be painted with the then new low viz black serials. To AMARC as FP035 on 26 Jan 1987. To Tucson in Mar 1995 for salvage.

Retired to AMARC as FP053 on 10 Apr1987. Sent to be a target on the Tolicha Peak Range, Nevada on 10 Feb 1991.

Delivered new to American Airlines as N8402 on 27 Oct 1967. To Premiere Airlines in Apr 19.84. To Challenge Air Cargo in Jun 1986. To Transway Air as EL-GNU on 21 Jul 1989. Noted with Million Air as N751MA in Oct 1989. Crashed and destroyed shortly after take off from Manta Airport in Ecuador on 22Oct 1996.

Delivered new to Continental Airlines as N88710 on 07 Aug 1968. WFU and stored at Tucson in May 1994. Broken up around 1996.

To Pacific Airlines as N2772R on 18 Apr 1959. Merged into Air West 07 Mar 1968. Noted as Hughes Airwest 01 Apr 1970. To Touraine Air Transport as F-GBRV on 30 Sep 1979. WFU and stored at Dinard Apr 1993.
