Ex F-BOEE. Leased in 1974 as OH-LSK, then to EC-CUM, OY-STC, F-GHKO (ntu), HK-38858X. Withdrawn from use at Bogota in 1997.

Ex XE280 (for about a month in March/April 1953 for the Berlin Airlift before reverting to G-AMRA), G-AMRA, KK151, USAAF 43-49474. Sold to Air Service Berlin on 23-10-15, retaining the UK registration but painted as D-CXXX. The registration was subsequently cancelled by the CAA on 29 October 2019, and the C-47 formally registered as D-CXXX.

Ex AP-AGJ, G-AKJR. Became AP-AGJ on 4 April 1953 and restored as G-AKJR on 1 June 1965 registered to Morton Air Services, though apparently not flown or painted as such. Broken up at Southend in 1970. Photographed behind the BUA hangars - in those days security was very laid back.

Ex N88887, USAAF/USAF 44-9063. Sold to Aer Turas as EI-ARS then LN-TUR (still with Aer Turas?). Reverted to N88887 in 1977 and after much more extensive worldwide service is currently on display at Frankfurt Airport as 44-9063 'Rosinen Bomber'.

Registration cancelled on 24 March 1982 on sale to the USA as N104EX with Braniff Airways, and re-registered EI-BWK in 1988. To Southend on 28 March 1990 and became G-DBAF on 17 July 1990 with British Air Ferries. Registration cancelled on 5 March 1996 on sale to Liberia as EL-ALD, then became YA-GAG 9 months later. It was finally operated by the Government of Rwanda as 9XR-RA from February 1998, and was reported as stored at Lanseria in 2000.

ex. GB-241, GA-241. Later re-registered 5246 in 1967. To the Portuguese AF as 6423, then to the Mozambique A/F as C9-ARH. Scanned from a colour slide. Parked alongside GC238.

On December 23, 1967 it crashed through the roof of the Vauxhall Motor plant after a simulated engine failure on take-off from nearby Luton airport.

Originally built for UTA in 1966 as F-BOEE and operated with Sterling until 1974. Withdrawn at Bogota (SKBO) as HK-3858X in 1997 and later scrapped.
