After arrival at Southend this aircraft was assigned the US registration N83HN but it was later cancelled. At the time this image was taken it was officially registered G-CCXY (which in turn was cancelled 31-Jan-2006). It never departed Southend, and was scrapped on site in July-2006.
Built for Bahamas Airways as VP-BCQ in 1970 but not delivered. To LIAT as VP-LAN in 1972 then to Court Line. as G-BCCV in 1974. To Monarch as G-BCXR in 1975 then to Dan-Air in 1983. To British Air Ferries for parts at Southend in 1992 after Dan-Air collapsed. G-OBWK allocated but not taken up. Scrapped in 1993.
