Purchased by Aerovias in 1994 and operated wearing a little changed Cimber Air livery. The company was renamed RACSA in 1998 and the aircraft was sold to Aerolineas SOSA of Honduras in 1999 as HR-ARU. Derelict at La Ceiba by 2011

Built for Widerøe in 1981 as LN-WFI and seen shortly after being sold, via De Havilland Canada, to AVCOM in November 1996. Sold to CAAMS Leasing of Rutherfordton, NC in 2009 and stored. Scrapped there in 2017.

Delivered to Nordair as C-GNDM in 1979. Merged into CP Air then Canadian Airlines in 1987. To Cayman Airways as VR-CYB in 1991 then to Aviateca as N127GU in 1995. To Phoenix Aviation as EX-047 in 2004 and leased to Kam Air in 2005. Reregistered as YA-GAC in 2006. To N131MS then to Rutaca as YV472T in 2010. Withdrawn from use at Tomás de Heres Airport, Venezuela.

Tropic Air is the largest Belizean airline currently operating, sharing a duopoly on domestic air travel with Maya Island Air. Santa Elena/Flores is the only Guatemalan destination served directly by Tropic Air, and is one of relatively few airports outside of Belize where Tropic Air aircraft can be seen regularly.

Early morning on the island of Flores, before breakfast. Waiting for several arrivals at the nearby airport. Most arrivals pass low level along the southern shore of the tiny island. They bring the day visitors to the nearby ruines of Tikal. Not much of a sunrise however on this cloudy morning.

This twin Beech has been here in Guatemala for years. It is parked in the bush outside the airport, near the new mall along the Santa Elena - Tikal Road.
