Delivered to South African Airways as ZS-SBI in 1971. To Purolator Courier as N2688Z in 1982 then to CF Air Freight in 1987 and Ting Tai Air in 1991. To Charter America in 1998 then to Mercy Airlift in 2002, Dodson Services in 2005 and Kando Jet LLC in 2007. Withdrawn from use at Mena, AR in 2007. Still there in 2013. Later scrapped.

South African Airways had titles applied in English and Afrikaans on either side of the aircraft. This often varied during the lifespan of the individual aircraft and ZS-SBH is her seen at then Jan Smuts Airport without any titles at all. Unknown photographer.

To United Air Leasing in January 1982 as N26879. To Purlator Courier (May 1982), to FedEx (October 1982) and Ryan Aviation (September 1985). To Bradley Aviation in June 1988 as C-GVFA. To First Air at a later unknown date. To Transafrik International in March 2006 as S9-PAC, after which the history becomes a bit unclear. Perhaps also operated for Southern Sudan Airways in the mid 2000's.

Ex South African Airways ZS-SBI, registered to UALC (leasing company) 19th March 1982 and leased to various carriers till it was retired at Mena AZ, 24th Nov 2007. CF Airfreight leased this aircraft Sep 1987-Jan 1989
