On display at the first open day at the IWM Duxford facility. Ex-849 Sqn HQ Training Flight from the Naval Air Support Unit, Brawdy. Arrived at Duxford on 21st May 1972. Still present in the IWM Collection at Duxford in 2023.

On display at IWM Duxford. The peculiar shaped Gannet had cranked wings and tail finlets, hardly looking aerodynamic but it served well in the RN carrier search and strike role. The aircraft was powered by an Armstrong Siddeley Double Mamba 101 engine with complicated gearing that drove contra-rotating four-bladed Rotol propellers. Double-folding wings in a 'Z' shape were another interesting feature. As Gannets started to be withdrawn by 1960, they got a new lease of life with 831 RNAS as refurbished AS.6s for electronic warfare. When fitted with equipment updates, they became ECM.6s.

At the Imperial War Museum, Duxford.

Built in 1957 as an AS4 she then joined 810 NAS aboard HMS Centaur. Subsequently converted to ECM6 standard in 1963 and then used as an instructional airframe from 1967. After retirement she arrived at Duxford during 1973.
