Stored at Kuala Lumpur between November 2016 - March 2017. Stored at Jakarta between March - July 2017. Returned to the lessor (AerSale) in April 2017 as N835AS. To Wamon Air in August 2017 as EC-MRM. Leased to Garuda between July - September 2018 and July - September 2019. Withdrawn from use and stored at Madrid between June - August 2020. Stored at Ciudad Real between August - November 2020. Stored at Roswell from Nov 2020.

Compared to other Malaysia Airlines 747s, 9M-MHO was with the airline for a short time. Delivered June 10, 1991, the aircraft was sold to Qantas as VH-OED September 30, 1998. It was stored at Victorville, CA in September 2009 and parting out started in 2011. It was later scrapped.

Delivered new to Malaysia Airlines in March 1998. Left the fleet in February 2013. Ferried to Victorville (KVCV) on December 2, 2013. Broken up in December 2014.

Ex Malaysian 9M-MHM and was sold to Boeing in 2003 (along with 9M-MHL cn 24315/738 - now N73713, probably parked at BFI). Both are Combi versions built in 1989 and powered by GE CF6-80 engines. Were the first two 747-400s delivered to MAS. MAS eventually sold them because they were different from the rest of MAS 747-400 fleet (others are full pax versions with PW4056). A white DC-10F and an UA 777 are also visible. View from a Cessna 152 during a fly-by.
