A89-307 caught just as the sun was peaking over the eastern horizon. It was not enthusiasm that got me to the airport so early but a lift from a neighbour who worked there. This P-2E or P2V-5, US Navy serial 134722, was delivered to the Netherlands navy as S-31 (displayed as 19-31) in 1954. Under a new serial system she became 096. She was transferred to Portugal in 1960.
