This Citation Ultra is operated by Maroomba Airlines and flies on behalf of the Western Australian Government hence the Western Australian flag just behind the cockpit window.

At the time this picture was taken this 'lady' was already 30+ years old.

Boeing 747 N752PR flew its whole life for Philippine Airlines, recieved its Phillipine registration RP-C7472 in 2009 and was withdrawn from use in 2014. This picture was taken from the well known Regal Airport Hotel which is situated next to the Airport Terminal and gives a good view of the platform and one of the runways.

After serving KLM for more than 20 years this Boeing 747 found a new home in Thailand with Phuket Air. Before the aircraft eventualy would be delivered in December of 2004 as HS-VAC it already recived its new 'colourscheme' in November of 2003. Its former KLM registration PH-BUU was taped on after it emerged from the paintshop.

Although it was not uncommon that Dutch leisure airliners, like DutchBird, would park their aircraft off season during the day at the general aviation platform at Schiphol. It was however very rare to see all three of DutchBirds Boeing 757s parked in a row. From front to back; PH-DBB, PH-DBA and PH-DBH are waiting for things to come during the slow month of November.

Just about to take-off in the early evening for another cargo flight to Hamilton. This aircraft was originally delivered to Eastern Air Lines in January 1978 as N8878Z. During 1999 the 727 was converted to cargo aircraft and delivered to Emery Worldwide Airlines where it flew for a number of years before it ended up in Canada with Cargojet Airways.

We were about to call it a day after spending the afternoon at Ottawa International Airport when one of the Bombardier CS100 prototypes came in, a perfect end of the day just before sunset.

Arriving at Eindhoven on a positioning flight from Roshchino (Russia). At the time this picture was taken this Il-76 was 33 years old. The operator of the Ilyushin is Aviacon Zitotrans.

Photo was taken a few weeks before delivery to Swe Fly where it was registered as SE-RBV. The adventure of Swe Fly and their sole Boeing 767 was short lived since the airline ceased operations already in October 2005.

This Widgeon was delivered in 1941 as NC28679. It had a varied career with the USAAF (as 42-38217) and in Africa, lastly as N3103Q, until withdrawn from use in the mid 1970s and stored at Malta. It was bought by Lawrence Usher in 1987 and restored at Ipswich, UK. He registered it as G-DUCK on 15 Nov 1988. In 1992 the aircraft was shipped to the Musée de l'Hydraviation and later placed on display, painted as seen here. The Widgeon has its original registration NC28679 painted at the top of the tail. This is a composite airframe, with the wings, engines and props probably coming from Super Widgeon N750M c/n 1341.

Originally delivered to the USAF as 50-180 on 23 Jul 1951, and transferred to the Italian Air Force on 20 May 1958 through the MDAP - Mutual Defense Assistance act Programme. It had been withdrawn from use by 1980 and was placed on display at Cuneo Airport at Levaldigi some years later. Unfortunately the Albatross did not receive much attention, and as can be seen here its condition in 2010 was not good. In 2014 the aircraft was dismantled and trucked to France for restoration and display.
