Originally an American Airlines machine and later flown by ATA, Laker, and Cal Air/Novair, Project Orbis acquired this DC-10 (line number 2) in 1991 and equipped it as the flying eye hospital. After retirement, arrived at Pima in November 2016. MD-10 N330AU now fulfils the eye hospital role.

Delivered to National Airlines as N69NA in 1975 whi merged into Pan American in 1980. To American Airlines as N161AA in 1984 then to Omni Air International as N450AX in 1997. Converted to a firebomber in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Oscoda, MI in 2008. Still there in 2021. Scrapped by the end of 2023.

"Dumbo" is seen taxing for a rwy 24 departure to Palma, after having arrived from Miami earlier the same day.

Delivered to National Airlines as N61NA in 1971 who merged into Pan American in 1980. To American Airlines as N146AA in 1984. Sold to Federal Express in 1996 and stored at Goodyear, AZ for possible freighter conversion. To Mojave, CA in 2002 and scrapped by 2004.

First delivered to Western Airlines in 1978 as N909WA. Also previously flown by Scanair and Premiair as SE-DHY and OY-CNY before going to Airtours in 2000.
