It is slowly being restored at the Museum of Aviation and will eventually be part of a diorama exhibit paying tribute to all the 'Rosie the Riveters' and they work they did.

After retirement this aircraft was on display at the Kelly AFB Museum. When Kelly AFB was closed it was moved to the History and Traditions Museum at Lackland AFB, which as since been renamed. This is not the orginal "Joltin Josie," which was lost with her entire crew on April 1, 1945.
