Strikingly, this 74-1048 was a Soesterberg based 32nd TFS "Wolfhounds" aircraft in older days!. This 048 was moved to AMARC on 25 June 1992 and received inventory code FP0868. It was selected for QF-4E conversion, moved from AMARC in March 2001 and flown to BAE Systems at Mojave (CA) in July 2011. It was rebuilt to QF-4E, Lot 9 and shot down while in service of the 82nd ATRS at Tyndall on 16 October 2002.
