This 1963 Turbo Beaver first flew in Costa Rica as TI-407L. Pictured post re-build after working in Alaska for twenty years, it was exported to Sweden in May 1989. Registered SE-KKD in 1989 for Skånes Fallskärmsklubb - Skydive Skåne, the aircraft stalled on take off July 8, 2021 with a pilot and eight skydivers on board. Delivered to the AAC in 1961 and served in the Far East, initially based at Seletar and later in Borneo, where in January 1966 it inverted on landing, caused by passenger having their feet on the toe brakes. Recovered by a Wessex helicopter. Loaned to Foreign & Commonwealth Office at Vientiane in 1975 in this white scheme to show neutrality in the war then raging in Laos. This however did not save it from coming under fire while flying up the Mekong River when a Russian-made RPG-7 missile passed through the port wing, just missing a fuel line. To museum in 1985.

Originally USAF 52-6121 delivered June 8, 1953, this Beaver was registered N13454 in 1971 to Webber Airlines of Ketchikan, AK. Becoming N9766Z in 1979 for South East Alaska Airlines in Ketchikan, the floatplane was acquired by Kenmore Air in 1985. It was extensively rebuilt after an accident in 1999 with many of the Kenmore designed upgrades. Pictured on Kenmore's historic launch ramp after a days flying, the aircraft is current with the airline at the time of uploading.
