No history details are currently known for OE-0732. By 2018 it was no longer registered and it is seen here stored under the roof at Nötsch im Gailtal. Seen the cn 1 it is thought that it was amateur-built or by a small Austrian manufacturer like ÖAeC or Spilka-Wettstein. The titles are on the wing only which are stored next to it.

A view at the impressive tower of this former NATO Dispersed Operating Base. The airfield opened in 1956 and aircraft from United States Air Force fighter-bomber wings deployed here, normally one squadron at a time. No flying unit was ever permanently assigned, it was used for dispersal training only. In 1967 the US forces left after the French withdrawal from the NATO structure. It was then used by the French Air Force for training. From about 2000 it was rebuilt as a civil airport. During my visit there wasn't a single aircraft.

Built by Toon Jacobs with two 15hp JPX engines, it was registered in Oct-1993 as PH-THE. Its CoA expired in Apr-2008 and in Apr-2011 it was cancelled. In 2013 it was converted to MC-15E with 2 Electravia electric engines. On 21-Sep-2013 it crashed at Montmédy-Marville, France. It is thought that Toon was testing the aircraft and that during a high-speed taxi run it became airborne. Trying to land it bounced, left the runway, flipped over and caught fire. Toon did not survive. He was a very prolific amateur manufacturer, with 10 aircraft built.
