Registration and Air Lanka markings removed as this 707 is slowly picked clean of parts. The undercarriage was already gone at this stage, judging by the wooden supports.

A welcome visitor on diversion from Shannon.

After service with AirLanka, this 707 was used by UK airline Tradewinds as a spares ship, before eventually being broken up at Shannon.

Became 9V-BFB on the Singapore register and passed to Singapore Airlines when MSA ceased. Picture taken as the 707 was turning on to Runway 07. It was taken from what was one the best photographic spots at Sydney airport in the 1960s, a wide and elevated sewer main spanning the Cooks River close to the runway centreline. The sewer is still there but it and the area around it are off-limits

Accepted from Boeing by MSA in 12.68 and became N600CS with Coastal States Gas in 1.80, then 5V-TAG with the Togo Govt in 1.86. Burnt out at Niamey, Niger on 21.9.00 after emergency landing arriving from Orly with fire in hold

First flown in 5.68, to MSA as 9V-BBA and leased (later sold) by Singapore to Air Lanka in 9.79. Sold to GPA, wfu, used by Tradewinds for spares at Shannon 3.82 and scrapped
