Delivered to the RAF as XH170 in 1960. To RAF Wyton for display in 1982. Allocated maintenance serial 8379M.

Delivered to the RAF as XA536 in 1953. Had recently arrived at Abingdon for Battle Damage Repair Training. Allocated maintenance serial 8605M. Scrapped in 1984.

Delivered to the RAF as WH869 in 1953. Last flight to Abingdon in 1976 and given maintenance serial 8515M. Used for training recovery of a collapsed undercarriage. Scrapped around 1991.

Delivered to 231 OCU in January 1953; served with various units; last served with 231 OCU; sold to BAe in November 1981 and went into storage at Samlesbury; in 1988 part of it went to Solway Aviation Society at Carlisle; the cockpit section now resides deteriorating at the Blyth Valley Aviation Collection, Walpole, Suffolk.

Forward fuselage section is preserved at Avro Heritage Museum, Woodford, Manchester.

Displayed by the Radar Research Establishment. In August 1957, with the aid of the Scorpion rocket, WK163 captured the world altitude record achieving a height of 70,310 feet. Civilianised as G-BVWC in 1994 and operated on the display circuit for some years. To the Vulcan To The Sky Trust as G-CTTS June 2016 and stored at Doncaster.

Static display from 39 Sqdn. Crashed into a housing estate at Oxmoor while on practice asymmetric approach to RAF Wyton on May 3rd 1977. The two crew and three children were killed.

Operated by 7 Squadron. Delivered as a B.2 to the RAF in late 1953 before being sold to BAe in 1981. It was retired from service and was scrapped in 1988, thankfully the cockpit was saved and sold on to a private collector. The owner put the cockpit on loan to No.2405 ATC Sqn based in Gairlock. It was then moved to Morayvia Museum, Kinloss, where it was repainted and placed undercover on display.

Based at Luqa with 13 Squadron.

WD932 was the fourth production Canberra built and was flown to the US by Sqn Ldr A E Callard on 21 February 1951. English Electric's Chief Test Pilot, Roland Beamont then gave a spirited comparative display with the North American B-45 and the Martin XB-51 on the 26th of the same month. The Pentagon selected the Canberra, now designated B-57A. WD932 remained in the US and was allocated serial no. 51-17387 although this was never applied to the aircraft. It was lost on 21 December 1951 in high a "g" maneuver due to incorrect use of the fuel system. (Glenn L Martin Co. Photograph - No. P 40875)
