Delivered to Northwest Orient as N383US in 1968. To Royal Air Maroc as CN-RMB in 1976 then to Omega Air in 1995 and stored at Shannon. Reregistered as N149DM in 1996 then to Skymaster as PT-WSM in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Sao Paulo-Guarulhos by 2007 and scrapped in 2009.

Originally delivered to Northwest Airlines as N370US in August 1966, then sold to Zambia Airways as 9J-AEB in July 1975, leased to Aer Lingus as EI-ASM from July 1975 till February 1976 and returned as 9J-AEB. Purchased by Florida West in May 1989 as N720FW and finally broken up in 1998.
