Jet Provost T.5 coded 'V' of No. 6 Flying Training School at its home base of RAF Finningley.

Built to a 1917 RFC order as C1916. Subsequent service not known but likely to have been stored. Delivered to Australia in 1920 as part of the 'Imperial Gift' and allocated RAAF serial A2-4: remained stored until 1926. Allocated to 1 FTS Point Cook until retired in 1929. Issued to the AWM and displayed initially in Melbourne, then Canberra until 1999. Repainted in 1970 as C9539, again in 2008 as D6950 (both of 2 Squadron AFC).

Varsity navigation trainer operated by No.5 Flying Training School based at RAF Oakington. Displayed at the 1971 Mildenhall open day.

Later registrations include C-GQAK and N226BA.

663 (AOP) Squadron Auster AOP.6 flying low over the Cheshire countryside during a weekend exercise. TW642 served the squadron from July 1949 until January 1957. It was converted to a Terrier 1 in 1961 as G-ARLO.

Beverley C.1 'V' of 47 Squadron, based at RAF Abingdon, performs a low flypast at Squires Gate Airport during the 1957 Blackpool Air Show. It wears the type's initial all-silver scheme with the white top. RAF Transport Command titles on its bulky nose.
