Initially intended for Northwest Orient, this DC-8 in fact went to Trans Caribbean as N8780R in 11.61 and then to Eastern in 1.64. Interswede took her for three months (as SE-DCR) in 11.71; she returned to that part of the world with Karair in 6.72. On lease to Cyprus Airways at the time of this shot (pure co-incidence that the last thing I uploaded before this was a Cyprus DC-8), she was wfu at Brussels in 2.85 and scrapped three months later
