The second Hawk built, at the time in use by the Aircraft & Armament Experimental Establishment (A&AEE). First Hawk to be seen in Malta, it was on the Island for hot weather trials.

Built in 1966 for Air New England and here on a charter carrying rock band Alice Cooper on their 'Welcome To My Nightmare' tour. Later broken up at Miami/FL after 1993 hurricane damage.

It later spent some time on static display on the Frankfurt am Main airport spectators terrace. When that closed down it moved to the Visitors Park park at Munich Airport and was painted as HB-IRN. Still there as of 2019.

This aircraft was acquired ex PH-OGB with Limburg Airways which was based at Maastricht Airport in The Netherlands. Air Anglia merged into Air UK in 1980. G-BCDO was damaged beyond economic repair in an accident at Amsterdam 19 July 1990 when the starboard main gear collapsed during landing. The crew knew in advance that there might be a problem and the Emergency Services were in attendance. A clip of the emergency landing is available on YouTube.
