VH-ROX was registered in March 1970.

VH-PFC was damaged beyond repair at Emu Park, Queensland, on December 25, 1994.

VH-KKL crashed at Cobbitty, on Sydney's south-western outskirts, on June 30, 1977. All three on board died when the aircraft dived into ground after pilot suffered a heart attack. It appears the backseat passenger tried unsuccessfully to fly the aircraft. Despite the severe damage, 22 years later it returned to the register as VH-AUM.

VH-CIZ was used by Piper dealer Ansett for demonstrations and charters. It was on charter to oil and gas company Santos when it crashed at Golden Grove, South Australia, on July 13, 1972, with the loss of eight lives.

VH-AAM was sold in New Zealand as ZK-MAP in December 1984.
