Parked on the military side of Brussel Int'l AP, Melsbroek, in early 1990. The fine looking Tuup was a very striking visitor. It was assigned to the 223rd Flight Unit. It started its life with the with the Soviet Air Force as Tu-134AK CCCP-65680, with manufacterer date 2 Dec 1976. The Tu-134 is equipped with a "Karpaty-S" HF communications suite (characterised by the fat dorsal fairing running all the way to the fin), hence the "AK" designation. It became 680 black on 22 Feb 1989. To Russian Air Force on 9 Apr 1992. Modified to Tu-134A-3 and was stripped of the Karpaty-S fairing. Reserialled to RA-65680, last reported in Nov 2019.

According to data sources it was operated by Ryan International in a VIP configuration on behalf of Procter & Gamble. It was seen several times in Brussels and used the regular passenger terminal and not the GA or VIP terminal.
