Unknown photographer. Info on back of photo - 10595 Northrop F-5B 338 Sqd Leuchars. No date. Tracked down via Scramble show reports to the 1967 show. One of 6 Norwegian F-5's at the show. This aircraft was built around 1966 and allocated US serial 65-10595. Delivered new to the Royal Norwegian AF as 10595. Later flew as 595. To the Royal Netherlands AF in March 2003. Noted as ground trainer at Schiphol in February 2005. Also in picture F-5A 10563 / MU-B of 338 Skv and Lightning F6 XS934 / K of 11 Sqn.

Scrapped at RAF St. Athan on 1 October 1977.

Allocated 8052M on 9 September 1969, and subsequently preserved by a private collector at Birlingham, Worcestershire.

In full Battle of Britain film regalia, masquerading as N3321, which was actually a Defiant Mk.I. Ex G-AISU (25 October 1946 to 22 August 1955, when it reverted to military marks), and AB910.

This was the 163rd and last Varsity built, replacing WJ900 which was diverted to the Swedish Air Force. According to the December 2012 edition of Classic Aircraft, XD366 was built "largely from spares" and as a result apparently exhibited "some unpleasant flying characteristics". It was scrapped at Little Rissington in 1969 after being used for fire practice.

Stored at Davis-Monthan from 10 June 1976. Subsequently preserved at Warner Robins AFB Museum, Georgia.

Operated by 92nd Tactical Fighter Squadron. Became Spanish AF C.12-19, and now preserved at Museo Base Aerea, Torrejon AFB, Madrid.

Destroyed on 3 October 1968 when it crashed in Turkey.

With 242 OCU at the time of the photograph. Sold to Rolls-Royce on 22 May 1975, and scrapped for spares.

Sold to Marshall of Cambridge in 1975 (flown in class B marks as G-52-8) then delivered to the Peruvian Air Force on 25 November 1975 as B(I)68 253.

Flown to the RAF Fire Fighting and Safety School, Catterick on 29 November 1970 and subsequently scrapped. Seen here parked on the north side of RAF St Mawgan, near the civil terminal - a rare occurrence.

Ex NF851. Seen here on pleasure flight duty along with G-AHAG and G-AHKU. The registration was cancelled on 24 May 1971 as destroyed, and the aircraft was variously reported as having been scrapped at Shobdon or Fairoaks in June 1971.
