This Marine version of the Rafale was delivered to the Aeronavale on 7 July 2012. First assigned to 12F, it was later transferred to sister squadron 11F. It was temporarely assigned to the French air force training squadron ETR 03.004 in late 2017 and early 2018, but then returned to 11F. From early 2023, it was assigned to Flotille 17F. It was temporarely furnished with a colourful tail during 2023/2024. During the TLP 3-2025 it simply carried the markings of Flottille 17F, nicknamed "La glorieuse". The symbol of the 17F is the osprey.

First flown in August 1951, the Vultur was a naval attack aircraft powered by an Armstrong Siddeley Mamba turboprop engine, plus an auxiliary RR Nene turbojet in the tail. This second prototype did simulated carrier trials with RAE at Farnborough in 1953. It was later converted to the Br 965 Épaulard anti-submarine warfare aircraft without the Nene, which led to the RR Dart-powered Br 1050 Alizé. Photo by: Cyril Peckham / Hawker Siddeley

The Loire 130 was the standard seaplane equipping battleships and cruisers of the French navy in the late 1930s, and was a satisfactory type. This is the prototype, first flown in November 1934. The source indicates that the photo is from 1939, but that was probably when it was used in a press release. Photo from: ECPAD
