Together with HKP-3B (based on the Agusta Bell 204) 03302/42 and 03313/53 and HKP-4A 04454/94. Also present on the apron (but not visible in this photo) are H-209 & H-213 (Hughes 369D, callsign DAF3470), T-410 & T-418 (T-17, callsign DAF 3472), HKP-6B (based on the Bell 206) 06050/50 and HKP-9 (based on the Bolkow 105) (V73)/73. Wearing its attractive splinter camouflage, the Hkp4 was primarily used in the Anti-Submarine Warfare and Search And Rescue roles by both the Flygvapnet and the Marinflyget from 1963 until 2011 when it was retired from active service.

Seen performing at the Swedish Air Force Airshow at Ronneby. Now nearing retirement, only a handful of these helicopters remain in service.

A very rare visitor to the UK, this was in the static park at the Army Air Corps' 1984 Open Day.

This nice exhibit in the Flygvapenmuseum was built in 1962 as a prototype for the civil BV-107-II model, N6679D. Also used as BV-347 Winged Chinook concept demonstor, fitted with four stub wings. Delivered to Sweden in 1970 as a BV-107-II-15 naval helicopter but retaining the civil model's square windows. Flown into storage at Malmen in 2007 and finally retired in 2010.

A very welcome visitor indeed, these helicopters rarely being seen outside Sweden, where this example is still recorded in service.
