The Ju 46 was a W34 derivative as a mailplane, to be catapulted from ocean liners, and as such a seaplane, but D-2491 was delivered as a landplane in June 1933. Swastika flag decreed on port side of the rudder in July 1933. Renamed Bremen as a catapult seaplane in 1934, painted red. To D-UHYL. This aircraft was used by Group Captain A F (Sandy) MacDougall as transport for his job as De Havilland Regional Manager (Central & South America) for . Also it was a demonstrator for the type.

Fitted with a Nimrod tail fin, XW626 "Sirius" makes a stop in Prestwick Main Terminal's old Bay1, before proceeding transatlantic to Goose Bay as ASCOT5251. Originally with BOAC as G-APDS, had been bought by the Ministry of Supply and became a testbed for the ill-fated Nimrod AEW3 project, displaying at Farnborough in 1978 further modified with the bulbous radar nose."

Delivered to LAPA as LV-WMH in 1995. To Mexicana as N101LF in 2002, EOS as N401JS in 2005, Nordwind as VQ-BAK in 2008 then to IKAR in 2013. To N332DH in 2015 and converted to a freighter then to EAT Leipzig/DHL as D-ALEQ in 2016.

Acquired on lease Sep 2000. Returned Oct 2001. This aircraft later flew with Ethiopian Airlines as ET-ALH.

Delivered new 15th Feb 1996 and retired KGYR (Goodyear) 13th June 2014. Re-registered N272AT 19th June 2014 and scrapped Oct 2014
