slide scan from the NK collection. - In addition to two leased BAC-1-11s from the British register, Germanair operated six of the type from 1969 till 1977, two ex Pan International and four new ones. D-AMOR still displays the old colours, which were replaced by a more blue and red scheme a year later.

slide scan from the NK collection. - D-AMOR has flown with Germanair and BavariaGermanair since 1970 before being acquired by Hapag Lloyd. Sold again after just one year, the airliner operated in Argentina as LV-OAX until 1993. Austral, the last owner, put it into storage at Moron, and there it was noted 25 years later, still on its own gear, but in derelict condition.

Delivered new (Ex G-AXVO) to Germanair 20th March 1970 and merged with Bavaria March 1977, then Hapag Lloyd Jan 1979.

Bavaria-Germanair merged into Hapag Lloyd Jan 1979 and for some time the aircraft operated in basic Bavaria-Germanair livery without titles.
