The Su-7BKL was a development of the Su-7B, which required less runway for takeoff and landings. It featured rocket boosters to decrease takeoff time and distance, reducing the distance to 800m. It also had an improved landing chute and a stronger main landing gear. The Su-7BKL was produced in large numbers, making it the most produced variant of the Su-7. Bort 15 red was added to the collection at Monino in December 1975.

The Yak-23 'Flora' first flew on 8th July 1947 and proved very manoeverable. However, it was soon apparent that the straight-wing design made it inferior to the newly developed swept-wing fighters. This example is on display at the Central Museum of the Air Forces at Monino.
