Two seat version of the Su-25. Possibly the only one built. Withdrawn from use at Zhukovsky by 2006. Still there in 2019.

This is a test and development prototype with the manufacturer's designation T8-15 and the code 15 blue. It was used for the testing of the new R195 engine. However, for the Paris Air Show this was replaced by a standard R95Sh engine because the R195 was still secret, and the code was changed to 301 blue which actually was the Le Bourget exhibit code. In 1990 it was converted to a Su-25BM prototype (Sukhoi designation T8BM-2). It later went to the Central Aerodrome Museum at Moscow-Khodynka and when that closed in 2003 it went to the Museum of Technology of Vadim Zadorozhny in Arkhangelskoye.

A very welcome participant of Anatolian Eagle 2025 was this upgraded Su-25 of the air force of Azerbaijan. The upgraded variant is called Su-25ML, where L stands for Lachin, named after the strategic town of Lachin in West-Azerbaijan.
