315 Squadron Thunderstreak from Eindhoven at the RAF Chivenor (Devon) open day. Ex USAF 53-6745.

Sporting the badge of 314 squadron, which flew Thunderstreaks out of Eindhoven from 1956 until 1970.

The Getti Tonanti aerobatic team painted the Olympic rings on its Thunderstreaks to celebrate the 1960 Games in Rome. This aircraft, 52-6816, actually served with the Luftwaffe as DD-108 and DD-308 and never flew with the Italian Air Force. The Speyer Technik Museum applied these colours, but managed to misspell the team name.

This Thunderstreak of 77 Fighter Bomber Squadron, 20 FB Wing, wears its "Seven of Spades" unit markings beneath its cockpit. It was displayed at the 1956 RAF Burtonwood (Lancashire) Armed Forces Day.

Built by General Motors at Kansas City. Latterly operated by the 182 Tactical Fighter Squadron, 149 TFG, Texas ANG. Interestingly, the MASDC inventory code FA089 is a mispaint for FA098.

This aircraft is preserved in the middle of a traffic island close to Florennes

Stunning Streak! Although the multicolour rudder and wingitps are not authentic, this lovingly restored F-84F is looking great nonetheless. US serial, 52-6584.

EC 1 flew the F-84F out of here from 1955 until its disbandment in 1963. This Streak wears EC 3/1 'Argonne' markings.
