Movie Star, appeared in the 1998 Harrison Ford movie 6 Days, 7 Nights. Sadly, in August 2003 this Beaver crashed shortly after takeoff from Penticton BC, killing the pilot and 2 passengers and a dog. The crash was discovered by the Forest Service attending to a wildfire that started by the burning aircraft which was completely destroyed.

Movie Star, appeared in the 1998 Harrison Ford movie 6 Days, 7 Nights. Sadly, in August 2003 this Beaver crashed shortly after takeoff from Penticton BC, killing the pilot and 2 passengers and a dog. The crash was discovered by the Forest Service attending to a wildfire that started by the burning aircraft which was completely destroyed.

The carrying device is positioned under the float spreader bars, then hydraulically lifts the whole aircraft. A half-car is often used as the two wheel configuration is more maneuverable than four and favorite model is a 1970s Oldsmobile Toronado which has front-wheel drive.
