Delivered in 1954, this Canberra of 100 Sqdn was w/o three years after the photo. Evidently a borrowed rudder

One of four 24 AD/17 DSES EB-57Es which arrived from their Malmstrom AFB, MT, home via Keflavik three weeks earlier and seen here after deploying to Germany and Italy for Exercise 'Dawn Patrol'

Taken on charge by the RAF in 1.54 as WE191, this Canberra went back to BAe in 2.78 to be prepared for the Indian AF, but was never delivered. The fuselage is now preserved at the Dumfries & Galloway Aviation Museum, while the starboard wing was fitted to Canberra T.17 WH665 dumped at Filton in 1988 (was due to be sunk as a diving wreck). Delivered in 1953 and served with 82, 58, 69 and 39 Sqdns before joining the A&AEE at Boscombe for camera trials in 1968. Now one of only two surviving PR.3's and looking good at the Midland Air Museum, Coventry, after attention from a devoted individual. Was obtained from Marshalls of Cambridge in fairly poor condition
