The Czech air force operated the MiG-29 only briefly. In 1994 the aircraft were put into storage. A memorandum was signed between Poland and the Czech Republic to exchange the MiG-29s for newly built Sokol W3 helicopters. 5414 became 54 in Polish service. With the transfer of all Polish MiG-29s to Ukraine also this one will have ended up in the Russo-Ukrainian war. Photographer unknown
