The aircraft wears the markings of the 366 Tactical Fighter Wing which operated it before retirement.

Assigned to the 58th TTW. Now preserved at Arnold AFB, TN (largest flight simulation test facility in the world is here). Note the WGAF Transall in the background, no doubt visiting in support of the F-104 training contingent at Luke

Former Louisiana ANG Phantom helping California change over from the Convair F-106 Delta Dart. The Louisiana "Coonass Militia" titles have been over painted on the fin leading edge and for some reason, the fuselage star and bar applied upside down. Retired to AMARC June 1988, the forward fuselage was rescued from National Aircraft's Scrap yard and refurbished to be a mobile display in USAF Thunderbirds markings.

Taken soon after delivery to RAF Bentwaters, Suffolk, for operation by the based 81 Tactical Fighter Wing. It retains the all-grey factory finish and buzz code FJ-855.

Preserved at the Volk Field museum wearing the initial USAF F-4 all-grey scheme of the mid sixties and with the "Niagara Falls" legend of the NY ANG.

The Midland Air Museum seems to have a very restricted space to display their exhibits and this example has been stored this way for many years
