With a small Hawkins & Powers Aviation logo on the nose. Ex RCAF 22111. The Boxcar was donated to the hagerstown Aviation Museum in Dec 2006, but it took two more years before delivery could take place. It departed Greybull on 12 Nov 2008 and arrived at the museum four days later, on 16 Nov 2008. This was the last flight of a C-119 Flying Boxcar worldwide.

The fictitious markings seen here come from its role in the 2004 movie "Flight of the Phoenix", in which this aircraft featured two years earlier. It carries fake reg "H0180-H" under the wings. Became part of the Lauridsen Collection at Buckeye, AZ in early 2007.

Ex US Navy 66300 and US Coast Guard 6300. It was sold to the Yanks Air Museum only one month after this photo was taken, and ferried from Greybull to Chino, CA on delivery on 23 Nov 2008.

This kind of amazing line-ups is what Greybull was famous for. On the left is C-82 N9701F, then C-119 N8093 in the middle and C-119 N15501 on the right.

Well-known former firefighting Cat, ex CF-DIL, C-FDIL, EC-313, EC-FRG and N314CF. Was sold to Black Cat Aviation in July 2008 and flown from Greybull to Bloomington, IN on delivery shortly thereafter.

In 1998 this rare Packet was painted with "U.S. Air Force" titles and insignia, for its participation in the EAA Airventure 1998 airshow at Oshkosh.

An obscure career for this Provider. Ex USAF 54-695, became N8190B / DOS-03 with the US Department of State in 1989. Served with the Peru Police for a while in the early 1990s as PNP-022, then returned to the DoS as N8190B. Spent some time at the Minnesota Air National Guard Museum at Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, before being acquired by Hawkins & Powers in 2000. In 2007 it was sold to the Mid America Transportation & Aviation Museum and flown from Greybull to Sioux Gateway Airport, Sioux City, IA on delivery on 15 Aug 2007.

This is the second Privateer to carry registration N6884C (the first was BuNo 66284, which crashed in June 1959). This aircraft remained at Greybull for many years and eventually became part of the local Museum of Flight and Aerial Firefighting. It was still there by mid 2016.

This was not a sprayer like the other Harpoons stored at Buffalo, but a fire bomber with appropriate Tanker number.

In this photo this Harpoon is still fitted out as an agricultural sprayer, with spray bars on the wings, but those wouldn't last much longer. A few months later it was sold to Dave Hansen (Warbird Aircraft Sales) and restored to flying condition in US Navy markings as the "Attu Warrior". It was flown to its new home in Heber City, UT on 9 Oct 2007. The aircraft was still proudly flying by August 2015, but was withdrawn from use shortly thereafter, when Dave Hansen was diagnosed with cancer. He passed away in January 2018.

Seen here still fitted out as an agricultural sprayer, with spray bars on the wings. This Harpoon remained stored at Buffalo for another decade before being sold in Oct 2016. Restoration work reportedly started in late 2017 by Sean O'Brien's Vintage Aviation Museum. The plan was to have the aircraft flying again by summer of 2019.

By 1995 this Hirth Air Tanker Harpoon was being converted to airtanker, but the work was abandoned after the owner John Hirth died in the crash of one of his PV-2 Harpoons on 20 Apr 1997. It was left stored here, with engines and other parts missing. Remnants of the registration are still visible on the fuselage. In early 2007, Gary Hilton acquired this Harpoon with the intention of moving it to his hometown of Lone Jack, MO. By 2009, he had gotten as far as removing the wings and nose (and possibly moving them to Lone Jack), but then his plans seem to have stalled, as the aircraft was still at Buffalo as of 2020. By 2023, it had been moved into the front yard of a house just southeast of the airport, still without its wings and nose.
