Accepted by the USAF as a F-16A on 10 September 1982 and withdrawn from service as a F-16 ADF on 7 November 1995. In between, the aircraft was newly delivered to the 50th TFW ('HR') at Hahn air base (Germany) and was transferred to the 159th FIS at Jacksonville (FL) in early 1986. Then served the Minnesota ANG with the 179th FS before moved to AMARC with inventory code FG0337.

Delivered to the USAF 5 January 1983 and made its last operational flight to AMARC on 12 December 1995. Received inventory code FG0339.

Deployed from homebase Jacksonville ANGB, this F-16 participated in a live shooting camp at Tyndall. The 159th FIS flew the F-106 for 12 years and like most F-106 FIS', was planned for transition to F-4 or F-15, but the USAF decided that the F-16 was the most ideal a/c for the continental air defense mission. So the unit received the F-16 from Jan'87. On 1 Apr'87, the 159th became the first F-16 unit to sit alert in an Air Defense role as a FIS on a 24/7/365 basis. In Jun'92, the FIS became a Fighter Squadron. 0759 was former TJ, HR before 159th, then Oregon ANG, since Oct'07 pres Medford (OR)

Delivered to the USAFE 50th FW at Hahn in 1983, then moved in 1992 to the Florida Air National Guard. Last flown by the Minnesota ANG before storage at AMARC with inventory code FG035 on 20 May 1996.

Lovely low approach to runway 06L at Volkel. FMS serial 80-3617 and Fokker built F-16A Block 15 with line number L-100. The Fighting Falcon was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 14 June 1982. It was modified to F-16AM in 2000 and damaged during an exercise at Cold Lake (Canada). The F-16AM slipped in the snow off the taxitrack and dropped down into the wet ground. Its nose wheel broke down which resulted in damage to the intake and the expensive ALQ-pod. Aircraft was repaired and redelivered to the KLu. It was eventually sold to Chile as 741 and delivered on 4 April 2011

FMS serial 80-0623 and Fokker built F-16A Block 15B with line number L-113. It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 25 October 1982. Started to serve 311sq and later 323sq and 312sq. In 2002 it was modified to F-16AM. In 2007 transferred to 306sq and started as a solo-trainer from Springfield (OH). It returned in 2010 with 322sq and was sold to Jordan as 238, delivered on 1 September 2017.

FMS 81-0876, is a Fokker built F-16A Block 15R with Fokker line number L-192. It was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 1 April 1985. It served 312sq (as pictured), 315sq, 312sq, 311sq, saw combat action over Afghanistan. Was later assigned to 322sq, and was used during operations near Libya in 2011. It was offered for sale in 2013 and left for Jordan as 245 on 2 February 2018.

Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1994. Left in 1999. To Portugal as 15127 then to Romania as 1616 in 2016.

At this point this F-16A was used for recruiting as a travelling exhibit.

On 27 November 1992, a failed coup d'etat attempt was made in Venezuela, with involvement from the air force on both sides. Twenty years later, a commemoration parade was organised in which this F-16 would participate, among many other aircraft. This picture was made during one of the rehearsals for the air parade and shows the unusual camouflage colours for an F-16.

Seen just before taxiing out before take-off, F-16A 0094 of the Venezuelan air force shows these rare camouflage colours on an F-16.
