This Beaver arrived in Australia in 1998. In 2017 it went to New Zealand and became ZK-SBV.

Imported by Hawker de Havilland, this Beaver first flew as ZK-CRE in June 1966 and was delivered to Fieldair. After an accident on November 22, 1981, the aircraft sat dormant until acquired by Wright Air for rebuilt circa 1988. It was sold to Kodiak, Alaska based Andrew Airways and registered N13VF. Another accident in November 2003 saw the aircraft dormant again until an extensive rebuild by Sealand Aviation in 2010. Sold to Island Lake Trading as C-GJWU, it was acquired by a private owner in November 2020 and registered N83VR.

In US Army service from 1958 to 1972 as 57-6165. Out of storage in 1975 as N531F. Exported as C-GRCX in 1981. Reverted to N513F in 1984, initially with Claus Outdoor Adventures of Chitina, AK. As N513F sustained substantial damage in Alaska on 3 occasions, without casualties. At Bettles in 1978 hit a dirt bank on takeoff from wet, soft ground. At Bryson's Bar Airstrip in 1992 on a tailwind takeoff overran into trees. Near Kenai on a private gravel strip in August 2003 ground-looped on a crosswind landing. Became N490K of Katmai Air in 2004.

Delivered to the USAF in 1953 as an L-20A, 52-6078. Retired in 1972 and sold in 1976 as N9313Z. In 1992 registered to Hartley Inc, trading in Alaska as Branch River Air Service. Presumed destroyed in a sadly fatal accident with the loss of the pilot and 3 passengers in the sea on 21 August 2010. Contact was lost on a Branch River Air charter flight en route from Swikshak River Lagoon to Lake Brooks and King Salmon, AK in conditions of low cloud, restricted visibility and heavy rain. Weeks later a few small pieces of metal from the aircraft and personal effects were found washed up on a beach.

This Beaver is now whole again and in the water. The new owner is JB leasing of Kenai, so it will likely remain in the area. Hopefully the new owner prefers some color on his aircraft.

About to land at its Kenmore Air Harbor base. Delivered new to the US Army in 1957 as an L-20A, 56-4428. Retired in 1975. Transferred to the Department of Emergency at Kingman, AZ, in 1976 as N81424. Exported to Canada as C-GRJE in 1981. Acquired by Kenmore Air in 1986, initially as N62355 before being re-registered N72355. By 2022 exported to Australia to become VH-NXF with Sydney Seaplanes.
