One of the 737-200s operated at the time in Alaska by the joint aviation departments of Conoco Phillips and BP Exploration. The aircraft were fitted with gravel kits, consisting of a gravel deflector on the nosewheel and a vortex dissipator extending out from under the air intake of each engine.

Busy traffic on Lake Washington, with PA-18 N390CC taxiing in after landing and Beaver N17598 behind taxiing out for take-off. N390CC is one of Kenmore Air's flight instruction aircraft. CubCrafters rebuilt it from an old Piper Cub airframe in 2002 and gave it new c/n 9944CC. On 18 June 2002 it was registered as such to Kenmore Air Harbor Inc.

Leased aircraft, with titles but not in Kenmore's standard colours. Note this aircraft's nose extension which moves the engine about 23 or 30 cm (9 or 12 inches, depending on the version) further forward, so that more pax and load can safely be carried in the rear.

The Catalina hiding behind Piper PA-22 N7124D is N84857 ex BuNo 33968. While taxiing for take-off at Lewistown, MT on 9 May 1985, this aircraft's brakes failed. It ended up in a gully, its nose section completely crushed. The aircraft remained stored at Lewiston until it was repaired in the 1990s (see here) using the nose section of RCAF 11029 c/n CV-311. In Sep 2000 the Catalina was dismantled and trucked to here for further restoration, and by Sep 2005 it had been reassembled as seen in this photo. On 25 June 2010 a Boeing Vertol 234 helicopter airlifted it to NAS Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, WA for static display. Sorry for the obtrusive fence!

Tanker 43 ended up in Conair's storage yard in 2004/2005, its underbelly tank already removed. The aircraft was broken up in 2009.

Spares aircraft for Conair, ex RCN 1578, 12178. One of many CP-121 Trackers struck off charge in 1990/1991 and acquired by Conair shortly thereafter. All were stored here in Conair's storage yard at Abbotsford, with their Canadian markings carefully painted out. All had been broken up by 2012.
