Delivered to Seaboard World as N805SW in 1966 then to Universal Airlines as N805U in 1969, Balair as HB-IDU in 1971 and Overseas National Airways as N9110V in 1979 who leased it to various operators. Reregistered as N911R in 1981. To Eagle Air as TF-AED then to Aereos Transportada de Panama as HP-1088 in 1986, EAS Cargo as 5N-ATS in 1991 and Connie Kalitta as N808CK in 1988 who were renamed to American International Airways in 1991. To Trans Continental in 1996 and reregistered as N183SK in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Detroit-Willow Run in 1999. Scrapped in 2001.

Delivered to British Airtours as G-BGJG in 1980. To British Airways in 1982 then to Transaero as YL-BAA in 1994. Reregistered as RA-73001 in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Moscow-Domodedovo in 2003 and used as fire trainer. Still there in 2019.

Delivered to American Airlines as N5608 in 1962. To MEA as OD-AFF in 1969. Returned to American Airlines as N6844 then to Spantax as EC-BZP in 1972. Withdrawn from use at Palma De Mallorca in 1984. Broken up around 1994. Front fuselage moved to Sabadell, Spain and used as a simulator.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-65780 in 1979. Reregistered as RA-65780 in 1992. To Komiavia in 1994 then to Komiinteravia in 1997, UTair in 2005 and UTair Express in 2010. Withdrawn from use at Syktyvkar in 2012 and scrapped in 2014.

Test reg PT-GMX before delivery to Air Anglia as G-BGYS in 1979. They merged into Air UK in 1980. Sold as N4578U then N865AC in 1984. Withdrawn from use in 1990 and scrapped.

Test Reg PH-FFP before delivery to ATI - Aero Transporti Italiani as I-ATIM in 1964. To NLM as PH-KFG in 1974 then to Fokker in 1990 and the F-27 Friendship Association in 1994. To WDL as D-BAKF in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Essen in 1998 and scrapped.

Delivered to Inex-Adria Airways as YU-AJU in 1977 who were renamed to Adria Airways in 1986. Sold as N56UA then to Eurofly as I-FLYY in 1989. Last flight to Opa Locka, FL in 2000 and scrapped in 2001.
