It transferred to D-CFLX to RAS - Rheinland Air Services from May 1999 to February 2002, then reverting to G-BOEI with BAC Air Express until January 2005. It then transferred to the U.S.A. as N3735W with Air Cargo Carriers in November 2005. On February 5th, 2006 it collided with sister-ship N372AC while positioning for an air-to-air photo shoot over Wisconsin and crashed near Watertown WI with the loss of all 3 souls on board
