The aircraft was wrecked at Hall Beach/NU (CYUX) on 1 February 1962 when three engines failed after take-off due loss of oil pressure. It had been left outside for about 90 minutes in -37 deg temperature with 15 mph wind and the oil had started to congeal resulting in blown gaskets and oil coolers etc.

Reportedly converted to SC-47A in 1956 and, in the absence of a service record card, we may assume it was based in Iceland or Greenland on SAR duties judging by the combustion heater exhaust stain on the fuselage. When seen here it was assigned to the 7531st Ammunition Squadron at Welford, Berkshire and used for shipping ordinance to USAF bases in the UK. Last known stored at Davies Monthan in September 1967.

Here on delivery in company with TC-KOC and TC-KOD. It was destroyed on 8 March 1962 when it flew into terrain at 6800 ft. near Adana, Turkey.

On delivery in company with TC-KOD and TC-KOP. Damaged beyond repair on 18 August 1972 when it landed gear-up at Istanbul (LTBA).

On delivery in company with TC-KOC and TC-KOP. Registered as N90713 in 1972 and derelict at a technical school in Valencia, Spain with parts missing by 2003.
