Delivered to the USAF as C-135B 61-2666 in 1962. Converted to a WC-135B in 1965 and designated as a Constant Phoenix. Used to collect atmospheric samples for the purpose of detecting and identifying nuclear explosions. Converted to a WC-135W in 1995 then converted to an NC-135W around 2003 for use as a test aircraft for RC-135 projects. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 2023.

Built as an C-135B but modified to WC-135B in the early sixties. Assigned to the 56th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron and later modified to C-135C to serve the 89th Military Airlift Wing. It was moved to AMARC on 28 September 1993 with inventory code CA0090. On 25 October 2013 it left the storage deport and weas scrapped.

This 135 was built as a C-135B, was rebuilt to WC-135B in the early sixties and started to fly with the 56th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron in 1963. Later it was moved to the 55th WRS. It was rebuilt to OC-135B by Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at Tinker (OK) from August 1991 and then assigned to the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, part of the 55th Wing at Offutt (NB) in early 1993. The OC-135B was moved to AMARG on 21 August 1997 with inventory code CA0115.
