VH-TAW at Cambridge just before airline operations were transferred to the new Hobart airport. The grasshopper on the fin is a relic of the aircraft's use as a sprayer during a locust plague in southern NSW and northern Victoria in November-December 1955.
A85-440 was a resident of Cambridge in 1981, possibly connected to an Air League or Air Cadets facility nearby. It had left active RAAF service in 1977. -440 became a civil warbird in 1985 registered as VH-HFM.
On downwind in Jetstar Airbus A320, VH-VQW for Runway 30 at Hobart/Llanherne, we pass historic Hobart/Cambridge aerodrome. Lots of development work is evident, including a new runway under construction parallel to the shoreline.
