Delivered to Swissair as HB-IDA in 1960. To Sudflug as D-ADIM then to Atlantis in 1968 and Thai Airways International as HS-TGW in 1973. Sold as N45908 and converted to a DC-8-33(F) freighter then reregistered as N712UA in 1978. Back to N45908 in 1979 and used by various operators. To Aeromar as HI-435 in 1974 then to LAC Colombia as HK-3178X in 1985. Withdrawn from use at Medellin, Colombia in 1992. Still there in 2005. Later scrapped.

With the registration and airline titles just visible. Contrary to what is officially claimed, this aircraft did not become C-GTXW in 1987. Instead, this Commando was destroyed in an accident when it was airlifted from Miami to a museum in 1989.

Ex United Airlines and still in their basic cols. Later HI-415 and XA-SDL. Believed retired circa 1997.

Sold in the US as N4803J in March 1984

N7219U was transferred to the Dominican Republic register as HI-415 in December 1982.

Rolling out on 9R, delivered new to Trans Caribbean as N8783R.

Aeromar eventually had this ex-United 720 re-registered as HI-415 in 12.82. To XA-SDL in 8.92 and seen in Google Earth imagery stored at Nuevo Laredo, Mexico in 2005 and still there 2017, remains basically complete

Built by Curtiss-Wright at Buffalo NY in August 1944 for USAAF as 42-96724. Operated by Aeromar of Dominica from May 1967 until stored in the late 1970's.
