One of six Twin Otters used by Air Canada subsidiary Air Transit for flights between Ottawa and Montreal. A pilot program sponsored by the government of Canada that tested the feasibility of STOL airline operations 1973 - 76. The aircraft transferred to Transpot Canada at the end of the program. C-FCSX was in the fleet 1976 - 2011 when it went to BBS aircraft and leased to PT Aviastar Mandiri, as PK-BRZ. Later leased to Skycab Aviation as PK-VKL and Spirit Avia Sentosa as PK-VSA, the aircraft has been with Heliflix based in Port Morsby, PNG since 2018. It was re-registered P2-HFF in 2019.

Ex PK-BRZ, registered May 2015. In July 2019 the airline suspended Twin Otter operations and flies on with 4 Cessna Caravans. Fate of this aircraft is presently unknown
