It was converted to PT6 turbines in 1968, becoming C-FAWH on 6 September 1973 and returned to its original radial engine configuration in the early 1980s. Destroyed in a crash at Port Hardy, British Columbia, in 1986: the wreck is reported to be still in a scrapyard near there. The Canadian registration was cancelled on 20 November 1989.
