First flew 1st November 1957 as PH-VIH for KLM, to whom it was delivered 23rd November 1957. To Aer Lingus as EI-AOI 8th July 1966. Delivered from Dublin to Southend 31st March 1971 for lease by BAF for the 1971 season as a replacement for Carvair G-AOFW, which had been WFU. Returned to Dublin off-lease 30th September 1971, where it was immediately withdrawn from service, with the registration cancelled 16th October 1971 as PWFU. Scrapped at Dublin 29th December 1972.
