Delivered to Delta Air Lines as N486DA in 1974. To Air Atlantis as CS-TCH in 1987 then to Federal Express as N497FE in 1989 and converted to a freighter. Crashed short of the runway on approach to Tallahassee, Florida in 2002 and destroyed by fire. The crew survived.

This was one of three former Delta Air Lines aircraft prepared for operation by Air Atlantis by Field Aircraft Services at East Midlands in early 1987. It was the only one painted with non-standard tail colours which lasted just a few weeks (if not less) and, it seems, it was not photographed carrying this livery elsewhere or by anyone else.
