An early L-100 model, this Hercules was with ZAC Zambian Air Cargo as 9J-RBW from April 1966. Leased to Pacific Western Airlines in March 1969, the freighter was slightly damaged at Eureka, NWT in August. During repairs, it was converted to the longer L-100-20 and leased to Interior Airways / Alaska International Air as N109AK 1969 - 1974. Bought off lease by Pacific Western, it remained in the fleet until 1984 when sold to Saint Lucia Airways (J6-SLO). Registered N9205T with Tepper Aviation after September 1987, the aircraft crashed while landing at Jamba Airport , Angola on November 7, 1989.

Ex 9J-RBW. Later registered as N109AK and converted to L.100-20, reverting to C-FPWN in 1974. Became J6-SLO in 1984, then N9205T in 1987. It was written off on 27 November 1989 at Jamba, Angola, during an alleged clandestine CIA mission.

Became N109AK, C-FPWN, J6-SLO, N920SJ. Written off 27 November 1989, Kamina Air Base, Jamba, Angola.
