This Airacobra composite was built with the fuselage from 44-2664 that became 26 white after a lend-lease delivery to the Soviet Union. In June 1944 the plane made a forced landing near Aunus, SE Finland and was captured by the Finns. After the wreck was retrieved and marked for preservation, it was restored using the wings from 25 white/44-3255, which had crashed near Inkeroinen. The composite is on display in its original markings.

There was a Su-24MR also marked 26 white in the Welzow (GDR) regiment, but if this is the same one is doubtful.

The Su-24MR (MR for Modifikatsirovanyy Razvedchik) is designed for reconnaissance and is able to carry the BKR-1 airborne reconnaissance complex (Bortovim Kompleksom Razvedki). Underneath the center fuselage a SRS-14 "TANGAHZ" Electronic Intelligence pod is seen. The recce camera's are built-in just behind the nose wheel doors. Here 26 white is seen heading to runway 21 of Welzow. The 11.ORAP left the base on 15 June 1993. It was retrived to Marinovka, west of Volgograd (the former Stalingrad) in the Russian North Caucasus Military District.

The Stalin Line Museum near Minsk depicts the history of the Stalin Line, a defence network to protect Minsk from German invasion. A row of aircraft is present here as well, like this Su-25 with bort 26 white.

On display at Lipki, the general aviation airport of Minsk, is this immaculate Su-24M with bort 26 white.

Not sure whether an Ekranoplan really counts as an aircraft, but here is the beast on the Moscow river to form part of a new museum. It is located in Tushino, near the park and metro station 'Schodnenskaya'. Photo taken from a friendly owner's houseboat
